Protecting Do Seu Jeito
Indemnification means you agree to cover Do Seu Jeito's legal costs if your actions cause us to be sued. Here's what that means.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Do Seu Jeito and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, and costs — including reasonable attorney's fees — from: (a) your Terms violations; (b) your Happy Dash Ball: Lucky Bounce use; (c) your content; (d) your law violations.
We may choose to handle the defense of indemnified claims ourselves. If we do, you agree to cooperate fully and not to settle the claim without our written consent.

Dispute Resolution

This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief. Small claims court actions are also permitted where eligible.

Service Termination
Either party can end this agreement. Here's how termination works for both you and Do Seu Jeito.
You have the right to stop using Happy Dash Ball: Lucky Bounce and close your account at any time without penalty. Email our support team to request account deletion.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account for: Terms violations, fraud, abuse, or conduct that harms the Happy Dash Ball: Lucky Bounce community. We'll provide notice when circumstances allow.
Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your license ends immediately, virtual assets in your account are forfeited (if terminated for cause), and survival provisions continue in force.

Which Laws Apply
